Three programs, one goal: keep every child learning.
Displacement and hardship don't interrupt just one part of a child's life — so our response covers education, nutrition, and materials together.
Remote Education
Our core program connects children with volunteer and professional educators for live and recorded lessons, one-on-one tutoring, and ongoing mentorship. Instruction is designed around the realities families face while displaced — inconsistent internet access, shifting locations, and interrupted schooling — rather than assuming a traditional classroom setup.
We coordinate teachers by subject and grade level, and work to keep the same teacher paired with the same students over time, so learning stays consistent even when a family's circumstances aren't.
Food Assistance
A child who is hungry cannot focus on a lesson. Alongside our education program, we provide food assistance to the families of the students we teach — recognizing that consistent access to education depends on a family's basic needs being met first.
This program is scaled to the resources of each community we serve, and works in partnership with local contacts to ensure support actually reaches the families who need it.
Learning Materials
Education requires tools. We provide books, school supplies, and computers so that the instruction we offer can actually be used — closing the gap between a lesson taught and a lesson a child can practice, complete, and build on.
Where possible, we prioritize durable resources, like devices, that support a child's learning well beyond a single school year.
